Service Description
In this hands-on cooking class, young chefs will explore the delicious flavors of traditional Mexican cuisine as they prepare Pozole Verde from scratch! Kids will learn how to make a flavorful green sauce using fresh tomatillos, peppers, and herbs, then combine it with tender chicken and hominy to create this comforting Mexican soup. They'll also practice essential kitchen skills like chopping, blending, and seasoning while preparing fresh toppings to customize their bowls.
