Service Description
Get ready for a festive baking adventure! In this hands-on class, young bakers will discover the French Christmas tradition of making a beautiful Yule Log Cake, also known as Bûche de Noël. Kids will learn how to prepare a light chocolate sponge cake from scratch, whip up a delicious creamy filling, and carefully roll their cakes into the shape of a log. They'll practice essential baking and decorating techniques as they finish their creations with rich chocolate frosting and festive decorations. A fun and delicious way to explore holiday traditions, develop baking skills, and create a beautiful Christmas dessert! Each child will make, decorate, and take home their very own Yule Log Cake to proudly share with family and friends!
