In this hands-on class, kids will learn how to prepare flavorful Birria Tacos, made with tender, slow-cooked seasoned beef, crispy tortillas dipped in rich birria broth, melted cheese, and fresh toppings. They'll also make a delicious consommé for dipping, bringing all the flavors of this classic dish together. Throughout the class, students will practice essential kitchen skills such as seasoning, knife skills, safe stovetop cooking, shredding meat, and assembling crispy tacos. By the end of class, they'll enjoy a restaurant-worthy meal while learning about the traditional flavors and techniques behind this beloved Mexican favorite.
