Service Description
Join us for a fun culinary adventure where kids travel the world, one recipe at a time! Each week, we’ll explore a different country and create authentic dishes from scratch while learning new cooking techniques and flavors. Week 1: England 🇬🇧 In this hands-on class, kids will learn to make a classic British meal: crispy fish and chips paired with a rich, traditional sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Week 2: Cuba 🇨🇺 Kids will learn to make a traditional Cuban meal from scratch, featuring ropa vieja (shredded beef in a rich tomato-based sauce), rice and black beans, and sweet plantains. For dessert, they’ll create delicious guava pastelitos, a classic flaky pastry filled with sweet guava. Week 3: Italy 🇮🇹 Kids will learn to make risotto alla pescatora, a creamy Italian rice dish cooked low and slow with seafood, while practicing key skills like sautéing, layering flavors, and achieving the perfect texture. For dessert, they’ll create a fresh and delicious strawberry tiramisu, a fun twist on the traditional favorite. Week 4: France🇫🇷 Kids will learn to make coq au vin, a traditional French dish where chicken is slowly braised with herbs, vegetables, and rich flavors, while practicing techniques like searing, deglazing, and building depth in a dish. For dessert, they’ll prepare a light and elegant peach Melba, combining fresh peaches, cream, and raspberry sauce We’ll guide them step by step through real kitchen techniques, from prepping and seasoning to cooking and plating, while teaching the importance of using fresh, wholesome ingredients.
